Well, Prince William has asked Kate Middleton to marry, and she has accepted. Kate is certainly in great shape, and certainly fit to be a queen one day. So, what do we know about her diet and fitness methods?
Obviously it is hard to learn much about those close to the Royal Family, but we do know a few things that we can share here.
Kate was an average sized teenager and actually lost some weight to become slimmer after she started seeing Prince William in 2001.
