Atkins Diet Better Than Dukan Diet Plan?

There are numerous diet plans available for people to follow when trying to lose weight. The Dukan Diet is one option. It is a diet developed by Pierre Dukan, a French physician to help people who are obese to lose weight rapidly. The program is divided into four phases: attack, cruise, consolidation and stabilization. This diet has sometimes been compared to the original version of the Atkins Diet. The benefits of the Dukan diet program include:
  • Rapid initial weight loss that is sometimes as much as 1 to 2 pounds per week.
  • No counting calories.
  • No weighing food.
