healthy snacks


Snacking is a part of our daily lives and finding healthier alternatives to the choices we make during snack time is important so that we don't find ourselves reaching for more, having mood swings, fatigue, and overeating. Commercialized foods have done a great job of creating chemically based foods which many have grown to call their diets today: msg, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenized oils.. Know and understand what you are putting into your bodies so that you can get the direct benefits which translates into energy and good health!
